Where a live jersey line earns its floor space
The crew and the equipment barely change between these four. What changes is the demand curve, the garment source and how much of the personalization can be pre-produced. Pick the one closest to your event and read what we do differently.

Four demand curves, one production line
- Brand activationsPublic footprints with sponsor art, heavy photography and a hard peak at doors.
- Game day & fan festsPre-match windows, half-time surges and crowds that arrive all at once.
- Youth leagues & tournamentsRosters, real numbers, youth sizing and multi-day pitch-side setups.
- Conventions & trade showsBooth-sized lanes, badge-scan intake and freight rules that dictate the build.
Constant
What is identical across all four
Full-color DTF transfers on a heat press, because jersey polyester does not forgive the alternatives. Tablet intake that turns each guest into a numbered ticket. Least-pending-work distribution across lanes. One operator per press. Names capped near nine characters, numbers one to three digits. Adult XS–3XL with per-size caps that hide sold-out sizes from the guest picker.
That consistency is the point. We are not reinventing the station for every booking — we are re-sizing a production line that already works, which is why the throughput estimate we give you is one we can actually hold.

Variable
What actually changes
Flat vs spiked
A trade show trickles for eight hours. A fan fest delivers most of its demand in ninety minutes. Same jersey count, completely different lane plan.
Ours vs yours
Activations usually want sourced blanks in brand colors. Leagues usually own their kit already and need only the name and number application.
Walk-up vs roster
Known names get gang-printed in advance and become pick-and-press. Walk-up names are produced live. Most events are a mix, and the mix drives lane count.
Sizing
The same three questions, every time
Whichever category you land in, we size the line the same way, and it starts with three questions that planners often have not been asked before.
What is the shape of your window, not its length? Six hours is not six hours. Six hours with a hard spike when doors open is a different lane plan than six hours of steady trade-show trickle. The run of show answers this and a guest count does not.
How many of the names do you already know? Every name known in advance can be gang-printed onto a transfer sheet before the event and becomes a pick-and-press on the day. Roster-heavy events clear far faster than pure walk-up lines for exactly this reason, and the saving lands in your crew hours.
What does the venue actually allow? Power drop locations, load-in windows, aisle rules, dock procedures, labor requirements. None of these change the printing; all of them change the build. Send the operations packet with your brief and we read it rather than guessing.
With those answered we come back with a lane count, a throughput estimate for your specific event, and a number. Staffed stations start around $5,000 for a local event, staffing is $250/hr including setup and teardown, and travel is $0 inside Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego.
