Live jersey printing in Orange County

This is home. Every press, spare unit and case of transfer stock lives in Orange County, which makes an OC jersey line the fastest thing we can put together and the easiest to fix if something goes sideways.

Home base

Shortest distance between the shop and your footprint

Everything this crew owns lives in Orange County. Presses, spare units, platens, transfer stock, blank inventory and the people who run them. For an OC event that means a short load-in, no travel charge, and materially more flexibility than a crew driving in from elsewhere.

It also means we can solve problems mid-event that other operations cannot. A press failing in Irvine is a runner and a spare unit, not a cancelled lane. Late-breaking art changes get handled at the shop and brought over. Same-week bookings are genuinely possible here in a way they are not two hundred miles out.

We work the whole county — corporate campuses in Irvine, resort and hotel ballrooms along the coast, sports complexes and tournament fields, brewery and brand spaces in Anaheim and Costa Mesa, and public plaza activations. Each has its own quirks, and the county's outdoor venues in particular want a shade and ventilation plan for operators standing next to heat all afternoon.

What OC events tend to want

Corporate

Campus days

Family days, all-hands and milestone events. Family audiences mean a size curve that runs larger than planners expect, and youth interest we should plan for rather than improvise.

Youth sport

Tournament weekends

Multi-day, roster-driven, client-supplied kit. Send the roster early and most of the personalization is pre-printed before the first whistle.

Brand

Plaza activations

Public footprints with sponsor art and a hard peak when the space opens. Sourced blanks in brand colors, visible presses, short options menu.

Practical

Two things worth checking in OC

Power at outdoor venues. Parks and plazas vary enormously. Some have proper distribution; some have one weatherproof outlet and an optimistic attitude. Confirm before you commit to a lane count, and plan a generator with headroom if the answer is vague.

Summer heat. An operator standing over a press in an August afternoon needs shade, airflow and rotation. This affects crew count, which affects your quote, and we would rather build it in than have a lane slow down at 3pm.

Also worth knowing: the same crew runs live tees, a hat bar with patch application, embroidery, laser engraving and UV DTF stickers. Adding a second station to a crew already on site is the cheapest capacity available. See the setup.

Send the venue, the date, your hours and how many jerseys you expect to hand out. Tell us whether you already own the garments. We come back with a lane count, a throughput estimate and a real number, usually within one business day.

Staffed stations start around $5,000 locally. Staffing is $250/hr including setup and teardown. Most corporate programs land between $25 and $40 per guest all-in.
