Live jersey printing in Los Angeles
We are in LA constantly, and the jersey line itself never changes. What changes is everything around it: dock procedures, permit rules, power drop locations and a transit buffer that has to be real rather than optimistic.
LA
Great venues, real logistics
Los Angeles produces the most interesting jersey activations we run and the most demanding load-ins. Studio lots, arenas, downtown venues, rooftop spaces, converted warehouses in the Arts District, and outdoor plazas that require a permit for everything including the tent you brought. None of it is hard; all of it rewards planning.
Travel is $0 to LA from our Orange County base, so the cost conversation is about crew hours and garments rather than mileage. The real variable in LA is time: a load-in window that assumes freeway conditions from a decade ago will not survive contact with a Tuesday afternoon. We build transit buffer into the schedule and we would rather arrive early and wait than arrive late and rush a power check.
Venue rules are the other variable. Arenas and studio lots have dock procedures, insurance requirements and sometimes labor rules. Send the operations packet with your brief and we will read it properly rather than discovering a restriction at the gate.
Formats
What LA books most
Brand activations with heavy content capture. LA clients care about how the station looks in a photo more than most markets do, which is a reasonable thing to care about. We position presses for sightlines and light the handoff point, because the shareable moment is a guest holding their jersey.
Premieres and launches. Short windows, a spike when the room empties, and a guest list that skews toward people who will not stand in a line. Text-when-ready earns its keep here.
Match day and fan events. A hard stop at kickoff, a last-call time we plan backwards from, and pre-printed transfers for the most-requested names.

Advice
Two LA-specific notes
Confirm the power drop location, not just its existence. A 20A circuit forty feet from your footprint is a cable run that crosses a walkway, which the venue will not allow. Knowing the location changes the layout.
Lock the venue city early even if the venue is not final. A downtown high-rise and a Valley soundstage impose different builds, and we can pre-empt most of the difference if we know which one we are aiming at.
Decide the garment source before the creative is locked. If a designer has specified an exact jersey color, that constrains which blanks we can source and how long they take to arrive. Raising it early is free; raising it two weeks out is a rush charge.

Get {city} lane math

Send the venue, the date, your hours and how many jerseys you expect to hand out. Tell us whether you already own the garments. We come back with a lane count, a throughput estimate and a real number, usually within one business day.
Staffed stations start around $5,000 locally. Staffing is $250/hr including setup and teardown. Most corporate programs land between $25 and $40 per guest all-in.
